Abit about Oliver for you!

Oliver Lang – www.oliverlang.net

Over the past few years, Oliver has been described as an “up and coming DJ” and “The next big thing” but as we approach the end of 2005 it’s fair to say he’s up - and arrived. Following seven long hot summers in Ibiza, he has played at practically every bar including Bora Bora where he’s resident, & clubs including El Divino, Amnesia and Eden, as well as earning residencies at Privilege and Gatecrasher at Space, and in 2005 Dusted Ibiza at Eden. Being in Ibiza for all those years has certainly paid off with Mixmag crowning him as one of their ‘future heroes’ remarking, “Oliver’s sets blew Ibiza away”. International gigs aside from Ibiza, include Maybe Baby in Egypt, Attica, Singapore, Moscow in Estonia, the White Party in Cologne and Radio 1 in Miami in 2005 warming up for Judge Jules. Closer to home, Oliver plays for high profile gigs including Defected at Ministry of Sound, Godskitchen, both at the club and at Global Gathering The Gallery, Escape & Gatecrasher. Oliver has carved out a sound that is his own, vocal funk to twisted electro house[/]b, his versatility in style and ability to read the crowd ensures that he’s rocking clubs the length and breadth of Britain and around the world each and every week. The reputation of his music precedes him and has culminated in his work in the studio this year including remixing singles from the new Dynamite album for Jamiroquai. A true star without a doubt…
