After the Success of Dirty Monkeys at Rocket on Fridays & Now the rockin party @ the Emporium we’re delighted to announce Our move to SATURDAYS! our next event at Rocket will be on the 27th of May (another Bank Holiday!!! Get in!) Turnmills regulars and owners of the Jack Digitals record label The Audio Jackers will headline our first Saturday night. The guys will be doing the usual 4 decks, 2 mixers & 2 efx! So expect more of what the Dirty Monkeys do best & have pioneered in Northampton… Nasty Dirty Electro music, To be fair, what these guys hammer out on a regular basis is more often than not bordering Techno, so if you really do like it tough then there no question where you need to be on the 27th of May. Their first track has support from (amongst others) the A&R guys over at Intec (Carl Cox’s label) so you know its gonna be tough! And be on the look out for their next release (WIP) a track so tough, Vinny Jones’ Mum said he wasn’t allowed to play with it, it was a bad influence and would only lead to trouble…. The Audio Jackers line up with Quinzi, Karl Gough & Northampton’s finest female DJ Little Jo, (don’t be fooled by her demure size this little lady hammers out some of the Dirtiest tech ridden house we’ve ever heard) …and our refreshing approach to Saturday nights? No cheese please we’re monkeys!! The 5x5 Back to back marathon session starts at 1030 and runs through till 4...
