ive been working, training new staff, gained myself a stalker, getting ready to open a new shop tomorrow and getting by on 5 hours sleep a night.

as for the stalker situation it will be over when she is sacked next week

 

 

now tonight i got to issua a formal verbal warning to one guy who has been slagging me down behind my back and trying to cause trouble in work for me, my boss has gave me the extra responsibility on the fact he is my boss and i am the other staffs boss and so i have permission to kick some arse in the shop :wicked:

i gained a stalker in work, a girl who is totally useless to the fact she cant even write chicken which is fair enough but we have all the stuff wrote down on a list and she wont even try to copy.

she worked one evening with me training her up and since then she keeps coming in on my shift and trying to hug me and stuff

 

i had to tell her in the end to back off that i was her boss and not her friend.

 

and the arse kicking is me getting heavy with the pisstakers in work

i gave him his warning, he admitted to talking to me behind my back but he wouldnt agree to make a fresh start in the job, he wont take the fact im him boss, he thinks my job is the same as his when it isnt im management he is employee that is all.

 

i got a pay rise too much to his dissapointment

im kinda hatin the fact that nobody who ever works in subway is actually english.. (or scottish/welsh) ..apart from yourself ur the only 1 i know of.

these foreigners as u pointed out dont know how to say chicken nevermind spell it...

they know 4 english words. ham. cheese. please, and thankyou. lol

our shop isnt too bad

we do employ a few lithuanians but they all must talk in english at all times in the shop including between themselves

 

our shop does have a few english working there though

 

oh get this another new starter has started crap now.

 

on friday i went into work at 9pm to work the last 4 hours and close shop. she hadnt got her hat on whilst serving a customer, now under health and safety she must be wearing a hat at all times in the job. i pulled her aside about this and told her she must wear her hat at all times and she started having a right go back at me. so i told her i was her supervisor what i did was irelevant to her and what she did was my business on my shift. well anyway she went home not long after and i found out she hadnt done any work but temp checks after being there 8 hours. i was fuming so i had a chat to my boss she had a word with her and had seen on the cameras she was doing a cross word in a paper. now apparently i did it to get my revenge on her and im a fool?

im only doing my job and im becoming hated by loads lol

i find it hilarious they think they are gona make my life hard, i work 60 hours a week and can handle the worst brats let alone some east london chick who thinks shes a gangster

i get the same groups of kids and older teens in every night especially weekends and they proper annoy me.

 

they all think they are rough as fuck and no one wuold mess with them ect. its a small town in the middle of a forest

i grew up with far worse than that lol

and they think they are gangsters

what is it with kids and rap music and thinking they can rap and playing there mp3 fones

and the girls have orange faces

well yer i know that lol but these are posh chavs

 

you see chavs wear fake designer gear and fake gold and stuff

 

these kids have money so they wear real designer stuff and have real expensive mp3 fones and stuff so as far as im concerned they are posh chavs with more money than me

 

they always come in the shop with wads of money.
