scott project @ out of order sat nov 17th

Remember; remember the 17th November gunpowder, treason and Scot! Out Of Order are proud to be hosting another first in Newbury, German DJ/producer, Scot Project.

Over the past few years Scot Project created waves around club land with appearances at Godskitchen, Gatecrasher, Slinky, Global Gathering, Homelands, Dance Valley and now Out Of Order

This year has been the best yet for Germany's undisputed tech trance master. After more than ten years of top-notch studio production and crowd-pleasing

DJ sets, the dreadlocked wonder released his long-awaited artist album, «A1», in February. The frenzied response to the album sent Scot and his record bag spinning from Kuala Lumpur to Canada to satisfy the appetites of hard trance-hungry clubbers.

In 2004 Scot released his melodic dancefloor ripper «L» (I Want Your Love) which booted Eric Prydz's number one tune «Call on Me» off the top spot of Discomania's yearly sales chart. The tune also ousted Mylo's «Drop The Pressure» and Deep Dish's «Flashdance» from the top of the German-based chart, with both Judge Jules and Fergie nearly wearing out their copies on their Radio One shows.

Playing alongside Scot will be Slinky Resident Marc Vedo. In 2000 Marc was asked to become the warm up DJ for international super star Boy George. Touring with George gave Marc the chance to see many country’s and play on some of the world’s major stages. Recently Marc has signed a 4-year deal with Slinky to become the promotions manager. He has also be chosen to compile the next forth coming Slinky mix compilation. Watch this space!

Returning for the 4th time is Southern hero and Contact resident/promoter Mr Matt Handy! Matt has proved many times over as a firm favourite on the south coast and across London. His night Contact is renowned for breaking new acts and flying over huge international stars. Once again we cannot wait to hear him play as he always brings his unique flavour to the table.

Currently making waves on the hard dance circuit are Baz n Butch3er. Baz n Butch3er won a DJ comp set up by Out Of Order and Contact back in July. Since then many more bookings have been pouring in, securing them as one of the hottest duo’s breaking through at the moment.

Resident DJ’s Matty Phact and Dash-K will be in full force, showing us a rare B2B set that will leave you begging for more. Dash-K’s last gig with OOO was said by some to be the best set of the night. When you consider he was warming up for the Judge and Graham Gold, this was quite a statement. Matty Phact oozes consistency, his musically knowledge and know how stretches back over 13 years which is evident in his mature approach to his craft. Nice guy Matty never fails to please.

As well as the musical mash up we will be bringing with us the infamous NOS Stall, Glow wear, T-shirts, laser show, inflatables and projections not forgetting the mile high sky writer!
