So what musical delights do we have for you on this special evening…?

International Swedish Techno Super star, Christian Smith, jets in to head up The Foyer for an EXCLUSIVE NYE PERFORMANCE, alongside special guests Nick Sentience and Trevor Rockliffe and the hugely popular Proactive residents. A true Party Proactive experience!

Tell me more, tell me more!

Christian Smith (Smith and Selway)

Christian Smith is one of the driving forces of the global techno scene and, alongside Adam Beyer, the Swedish scene. One half of huge Swedish techno production duo, Smith and Selway. He's best known for his big room, funky techno produced with John Selway on labels such as Intec, Primate and his own label Tronic Music. The pair recently completed a remix of Josh Wink's 'Higher State Of Consciousness' plus a new 12” for Wink's Ovum label. Next up for Smith is the fifth instalment of the Ekspozicija compilation series, the follow up to Slam's CD earlier this year. Christians dairy is bulging having played all over the world many times over, in the next few months alone he will be playing in Spain, Canada, USA, Brazil, Australia, Colombia, Sweden and France! It will be a pleasure to be able to watch this man in action in the intimate surroundings of The Foyer.

Trevor Rockcliffe

A world renowned DJ and Producer of the highest calibre. There are few around with his versatility and pure feel for the funk and he is regarded as a leading light by the likes of Carl Cox, Slam and Laurent Garnier to name a few. Having played all over the world and held a residency along side Carl Cox, its of no surprise that Trevor is highly in demand with up coming gigs all over the UK and abroad. This is the same man who, alongside Blake Baxter, produced the classic "Visions Of You" on the now defunct Ultimatum Trax. Re-released on Intec, some the world's finest electronic producers queued up to remix it, leading to one of Intec's greatest successes to date. He also co-produced, alongside Christian Smith, a one off project Destination "Definition Of Love", one of Intec's early releases.

Nick Sentience

A musical career that has spanned over ten highly successful years, during which time he has produced over 120 tracks, remixed some of clubland’s biggest smashes, collaborated with a stream of top artists and DJ’d at some of the world’s most prestigious clubs. Some these highlights include Home in Sydney, HQXL in Holland, Es Paradis and Eden in Ibiza, The Liquid Rooms in Tokyo, Slinky, God’s kitchen and The End in London….the list goes on and on!
