Hard House Designer Labels -

‘This Seasons Must Have Fashion Accessory’

Hard House has been one of the biggest musical phenomenon’s of the last decade, influencing a whole generation of clubbers into a lifestyle and clubbing habit that has become an essential part of today’s youth culture.

This latest offering from tidy unites three of the biggest labels that over the past 10 years have helped shape and expand the scene into what we know and love today.

This unique concept delivers to your stereo over 3hours of the best music which has captured the imagination of the Harder Generation.

Tidy Trax, Riot! and Vicious Circle are leaders of the scene, always pushing new boundaries and concepts with the music they release, always one step ahead of the rest, these three labels have become iconic in the Hard House world.

Here we see the label manager from each iconic brand compile a mix which gives a true representation of their particular sound.

In short, a definitive guide to the world of Hard House, brought to you by those who do it best, the Designer Labels.

Tidy’s newest team member, Sam Townend steps up and delivers a mix in keeping with the recognised tidy vibe of high octane party music. Sam hits us with the cheeky basslines of the new remixes of 12” Inch Thumpers anthem ‘Don’t Cross The Line’, the catchy vocals of Miss Behavin’s ‘Such A Good Feeling’ and the soaring riffs from ‘Barriers’ by Andy Farley

With exclusive tracks and brand new remixes from The Untidy Dubs, Scott Fo Shaw and Steve Blake, Sam expertly fuses the old with the new and shows us just what the future has in store for tidy.

Disc Two delivers Riot! Recordings main duo BK & Ed Real to give us a truly awe inspiring mix of genre bending futuristic hi energy sounds. Techno led percussion, Trance fuelled Riffs and off-beat Hard House basslines are brought to you from artists such as Judge Jules, Lisa Lashes and Nick Sentience all capped off perfectly by BK’s exclusive Back To 99 remixes of Riot! classic’s such as Razor Babes and BK’s 2006 anthem ‘Systematic’.

Paul Glazby finishes off the compilation in a way only he knows how, down right dirty.

For those who like it hard and fast, Glazby is god, and from this mix its easy to see why, break neck percussion, searing synths and buzzing hoovers all combine to show why Vicious Circle are pioneers of the hi octane NRG sound. Classic Vicious tracks such as Defective Audio’s ‘Re-Flux’, Paul’s own masterpieces ‘Kick it’ & ‘Beautiful’, and the late RR Fierce anthem ‘Yamamba’ are seamlessly mixed with new upfront material from Ben Stevens and Captain Tinrib.

Released June 25th from all good record stores.
