Feeling like a space cadet

I'm just a widdle bit space cadetty at the moment.... cant really focus on anything. Probably a bad thing. And for some reason have it in my head that everyone is watching me!!!!

 

Not good, considering that I have a meeting with a client at 11am. What to do what to do?!?

 

And I know that I am talking really slowy to... you know when everything feels like it takes forever to get out. That's what I'm talking bout.

 

And have this uncontrolable urge to call all my friends back in oz. Already called me bestest (I think she could tell).

I find it best to not talk to anyone and try and get away with doing as little as possible. Good thing about working in a callcentre is the customers can't see how fucked you are !

I'm even going to faceparty and messaging random peoples cause I wanna chat the badly. How sad...

if u r uncomfortable with the way they affect you, you shouldn't do that many drugs Tommy

A very interesting one indeed!

I think its a bit of everything, lack of sleep, too many substances and burnout.

 

I personally have learned the hard way in all is.

Today was different, I never went out clubbing all weekend and went to work feeling bright and alert and had arguably the best Monday performance ever at my current job.

 

Its all about taking greater responsibly in life.

I could have quite easy fucked a lot of things up but I've learned a lot in the past 12 months.

 

Moderation and a better balance to work and play pays.
