The pleasure/pain theory

after being really good where food is concerned in the past few weeks, i blew it all by having a macdonalds for breakfast temptation got the better of me

 

needed to be punished and feel the pain................so i had my nose pierced to even the pleasure and pain out.......im sure the pain is lasting longer though

 

didnt even enjoy the macdonalds either
