Vaccine take over for the last time this year with a “Best of the UK” line-up guaranteed to showcase one or more of the next big things in their home from home, T3. Ending the year with a bang, VACCINE has continued its tradition of bringing the best talent from wherever it may be to London this year and looks set for even bigger and better things into 2008 with the launch of its record label off shoot and radio show on VONYC.

Always ones to push boundaries with its lineups, VACCINE uses December as a chance to turn its attention to the shores of its homeland the UK. Picking a lineup of djs and producers who deserve the full attention of clubland as future stars in the making, December will witness another cutting edge, alternative lineup that differs from the majority of others out there.

Deck wizard and Goodgreef resident Barry Connell returns having built upon his enormous success including regular sets at the likes of Judgement Sunday and Godskitchen and also warming up for Tiesto in Scotland. Having blown us away on his debut visit with his deck trickery, tune selection and passion to play to an educated and up for it crowd, Barry was a natural choice to bring back and headline our best of UK bill.

Discover’s Neal Scarborough makes an overdue London debut. He’s the man behind tracks such as ‘Stung on the River’ and one half of Inertia (them of ‘The Chamber’ fame) and he’s gaining huge recognition including being asked to remix Art of Trance’s classic cut ‘Madagascar’. One to seriously watch we are delighted to be hosting Neal’s long overdue London debut.

Vaccine resident The Viceroy joins the throng completing a stellar 2007. Having cemented his reputation among the VACCINE and Gallery faithful, as well as now a main room Gallery residency and various gigs around the UK; The Viceroy has also been busy studio wise with tracks on Monster Tunes, Discover Dark, Flux Delux and more to come in 2008.

Other talent tipped for the top on the bill includes one of the names of 2007, K.A.R.L., having appeared at festivals including 070707 alongside Preach, Lawrence, Askew and Bailey as well as main room appearances galore including Gallery, Party Proactive, Frantic and many more. K.A.R.L. is also part of the newly formed Elektrotek label; a true innovator his ever evolving tech infused sound will be shore fire winner at Vaccine.

One of the hidden gems of the South West; Karl G returns to VACCINE with his biog and discog bulging at the seams. A favourite for his skillful use of the remix and bootleg and cracking original productions Karl G’s roots lie in the trancer sound and tracks such as Repeat Again and remixes for the likes of Adam White finding favour with everyone from Tiesto to Judge Jules.

Relative new comer KOTO has shot to our undivided attention with his mature and educated sound remixing the massive Frontline – ‘Surface to Air’ to great effect and pumping out some killer collaborations and originals including ‘Down to the Wire’ with Frase forthcoming on Deep Blue.

Over in the main room its all going off for the return of Paul Oakenfold, fresh from his Perfecto party in October which packed them in!!! Now, it wouldn’t be Christmas without the Gallery residents getting behind the ones and twos and so please step forward Sister Bliss to join the action. A consistent Turnmills crowd pleaser for over a decade, she’s constantly blowing us away with her cutting edge sets.... and with Bliss on board, this really should make it a truly unforgettable night to remember!! Meanwhile, Gareth Emery continues his assault on the trance scene having again charted highly in the new DJ Mag poll (he was invited to play at the awards ceremony too, the jammy git!!) Gareth also continues to set the pace in podcasting, whilst his 5am imprint continues to release a bevy of heavily supported records. He’s also pushing new boundaries with a series of new sub labels and the man known to many, as simply GTR, is truly coming of age. We’re delighted to have him back at The Gallery.

Next up is Richard Durand, who was picked by Vaccine to play back in April and has since exploded on the global scene, following a spate of remixes including his reworking of Tiesto’s ‘Lethal Industry’ as well as producing a series of hot original records. Tough, techy and full of re-edits and exclusives his sets are becoming a ‘must hear event’ - so don’t miss out!! This recognition was further recognised as Richard went straight into the Top 100 this year and we welcome him back for another main room appearance. Early doors action comes from Bruno Lawton, one of the original Gallery DJ competition winners and the 6am finale comes from Gallery super resident Gavyn Mytchel – who knows a thing or two about doing it first thing in the morning!!!

T2 sees the last outing of the year for Dirtbox welcoming not only the usual array of ever popular residents in the form of Alex Collings, Tim Cullen, Pete Whitehouse and Tracy Caldwell, but also a headline appearance from the Trophy Twins. The boys who shot to notoriety with their funky backroom sets and their much revered Residency show on Radio 1 are getting all festive with us for our big Xmas bash. Regular collaborators in the studio with the likes of Chris Lake and Funkagenda this year saw the release of ‘I Get Around’ and ‘Starz in their Eyes’, so expect a smattering of new studio beauties to get a good airing for this festive Dirtbox.
