T-Mobiles customer service number?? need to talk to a customer service advisor but all I get is a fooking automated message, surely there is a number to call so you can speak to someone!! huh.gif

sorry no........ i had to talk to an O2 advisor a few weeks ago and had the same problem, in the end i ended up going into the O2 shop and getting them to call and sort it out (they had another number to call)

 

might be the best option if you dont get it sorted chick thumbsup.gif

pain in the arse innit!! I just looked on the website & it gives you the same number that is automated, so I emailed them, sits back & awaits reply!!! rolleyes.gif

i tried that one aswell, but for some reason there was already an account with my email addy being used unsure.gifhuh.gif so it denied me accses, which is a real pain mad.gif

well I had a reply saying it is being passed on to customer services, should take no more than 24 hrs, bloody well hope so, cos its about my 100 free texts a month, but they have been charging me & my credit is now 35p!!! mad.gif

iv just changed my tarriff, so im hopeing that everything is ok, you never know really, as you have just proved.
