dont even start me on mobile phone network customer service thing... pain in the flamin bum!!

 

been waiting... three weeks for a new sim card.

got put on hold, then in Q,then were too busy can we ring u bk?

then when they did they said my order hadnt been put thru and can only do it over the phome by crdt/debit card(luckily i have one)but all those poor peeps that dont...

I tried all of that guys & trust me it was automated all the way, but as i say got through on the number IM gave me & all is hopefully sorted now
