daily email of new posts?

I don't have time to keep up with these boards. Is it possible to get an email of new posts on a daily basis so that I don't have to check each board?

It is possible mate, go to amend your profile and you can select an option which enables you to recieve emails after every post! When you registered it was set default NO but you have to select YES to recieve them! Alternatively if you look at the right hand side of the main forum you'll see "Todays Active Topics" Click there and you get all the latest topics 'at a view' rather than going into each individual Post Heading!

thanks. sorry I didn't know about that. the email is the most useful because I check my email at least once a day anyway so I don't have to check two places.

Am I looking in the right place? The only preferences I can find in my profile are:
