What a bunch of arsehol*s .

I lost my phone at the weekend (which was a genie unlimited free text sim) and am looking to get another sim with same no. and schem and cancel the old one .

 

What a fcukin joke 02 are . Sposed to be bringin excitin new changes, yeah bollox, the customer care e-mail addresses on there site (all three of em) DO NOT WORK, and The Premium Rate 50p a min customer care number has been ignoring me for 2 days runnin now and i know for a fact its the correct number .

If they don't issue me with a same sim card, im movin networks for definite . Anyone any suggestions ?

yes yes yes! you send an email, to which you get an instant reply, the problem is it is completely irrelevant to the question you asked. you ring 50p per minute line, they wont ring you back. you wait, feeling all alone, for a week, no texts, almost ready to hang yourself when hey! you get 3000 texts at once, all useless as they are days old.
