ive never sent anything back!what size are you normally??? cos the sizes come up pretty small! i am useually about an 8 or 10 in a top i got a 12 and it fitted perfectly!

 

i ordered something a few weeks ago from there and it came within 4 days! they e mail you when the have despached it!

 

when you get it it comes with a note i think about returning it! but im not shure, cant remember!

yeh i would stay with your sizes, for the first time you order, cos that way they wont be too big or whatever! but if they are wrong, i am pretty shure you can return them, i will have a look and see if they do or not.
