Juno are good as a e-shop for variance etc, but absolute wank for things like wanting to listen to the flip side.

you aint been on recently have you lol

Juno now has mp3s of both sides.....

Personally, I love net shopping - buying from the net works out a lot cheaper, get more choice of tracks, and dont have to deal with staff who act as tho they couldnt give a shit about making sales....

Its not quite the same tho as going into a record shop and flicking thru stuff, but it seems to be the best way of buying records at present..

Coming soon...

guess it depends what your record shops are like? buy the time i've paid for travel, it works out alot cheaper to buy online too

Best example for me is IMO records (www.imorecords.com - I buy all my hardcore/freeform from them....), they charge £2.50 FIXED RATE postage for orders of any size (even for sumat silly like 50 records), and tracks from them cost just under £5 each

Compare this to my local record shop in Sheffield, Reflex Records, which sell the same tracks for between £6 and £7 and you cans ee that for pretty much any size order about 2 records, I save money over the internet....

The best example of how good online record shopping (for me) is better, is when i went to London int the week about a month ago...

I could only find £20 worth of tunes to buy.. i was gutted...IN LONDON!

Got home and spent another £80 online... so much less stress and certainly a lot easier on my legs....

Online is the way forward. Personally i got no time for the token 'Jumped up idjit' behind the counter...

Fuck them all! id rather pick what i want out of a list....

seriously he does cool.gif

thats quality

whenever I go record shopping, I have to fight with the staff to make them bother to sell me tracks - and thats after I have put up with continuous shin kicks from them whilst trying to listen to the tracks lol.gif

Thats just wrong to me.

And partly why i love buying online, i still have a few record shops i go to, but not very many

Just with your opinion of record shop assistants, then again, the shop i use is fairly small, so he is dead sound. I suppose its a matter of you being in cities and me being in the sticks.
