i had an argument with my boss, 5 hours ago, about why we shouldn't allow a bloke in the team i run to be given the oppertunity to stand in for me whilst im away on holiday....

 

i won, and the guy is not running my team whilst im away...

fitness videos are not good - my ex used to try them, and it never worked for her... although every ones different i spose.

 

i tried to get in shape for my ibiza trip - ive only got 3 days to go, and still look as unhealthy as i did 6 weeks ago!!
