I always get one of my housemates to stand on my back, works like a charm. Lying in bed on your side with your knees bent is wot the Dr told me to do, it does help a little. grin.gif

My teenage daughter has been kidnapped, and the people I work with may be involved in both.

I'm Federal Agent Jack Bauer and this is the longest day of my life...

i have suffered with ciatica for 13 years now (which sounds like it) and the best thing i found is ibuprofen (anti-inflamatry) if you havent any perscription tabs and a hot water bottle or deep heat cream on the area grin.gif

good point dawn, could be your kidney/s crying out in pain. dehydration could be the answer (during the night, but the probs will come now)

DRINK LESS BEER AND MORE WATER

yea i was out at the weekend, but i defniterly didnt over do it. probably drank the equivalent of 5 pints.

its defniterly back pain and not anything else, as its to close to the middle.

Neway im not trying to make this out to be worse then it is, its just a anoyance, probable will go in a few days.
