i tend to eat my chocolate digestives *ahem* in pairs, wouldn't recommend it - cos it means you end up eating twice as many choclolate digestives *ahem* as you should.

I tend to drop one & then top up with halves throughout the night as & when needed.

 

Of course we've all done the "It's not working" drop another & then find we are unable to speak!!

 

As for Charles - I like him TOOO much & am avoiding him like the plague at the moment. He took over from me & I'm fighting a battle to get the contol back, which I will in due course.

 

SLUK - I could be wrong but i think the french method Alasdairm mentioned, is where you.......*ahem* erm put it where the sun don't shine!! This "aledgedly" gets it straight into the system (so as to speak!) and gives you a good hit. Of course I may have just mad a complete tit of myself again & got it all wrong!!

 

Alasdarim - Can you confirm if I'm a tit or not! Ta!
