It is on the Lost Highway soundtrack, and NIN are the best band in the world ever, and Trent Reznor is VERY talented, and was voted in one of the most influential people in the music industry in the 90s

Trent Reznor is indeed the second coming.....if he was a dance music producer, he would reign supreme. But because he operates in a minor musical genre, ie thrash/heavy metal, he doesn't get the recognition he deserves.

You heard Headhunter2000 (spacefrog mix) by Front 242, I heard it on some Hard House compilation, and I have heard it in industrial clubs for ages. That is a tune

The only reason anyone has heard of Rammstein is because they have the 'gimmick' of singing in german.

 

but that's all it is, a gimmick. Their actual music is sub par industrial. so many people do it better.

Yup, I would agree with that. But I am an industrial head (well, more EBM actually), so I have heard far too much of it. But then I went thru industrial into hard trance, nu nrg and then Hard house, we can only hope that the unwashed masses follow. (But I am determined to convert a few HHers too!!)

while ur on about music from adverts, i know its totally different from the vodafone one but does anyone know who sings the song to the new beetle ad? It sounds like robbie williams but i cant imagine him doin it?

Haven't seen that ad. In general I only have the TV on as background noise while I surf, was just cos I recognised the song that I turned around. will keep my ears open tho

its just dead chilled out - i dont really watch tele either, its just it sounds so much like robbie and i have to admit that ive got a little soft spot for mr williams!
