SW9 or Human Traffic

Watched SW9 for the first time the other day and thought it was pretty wicked. Didn't like Human Traffic when I first saw it, but think I appreciate it more now.

i prefer human traffic. It just such a classic. Twin Towns is pretty fookin sweet too.

It's nice being able to identify places in SW9 tho, especially for those of us living within walking distance.

 

The Dogbar (Dogstar) and Faith (Mass) for instance, and all the shots of the market. It's probably more of a drugs film than a clubbing film though I suppose.

 

I'm still waiting to see 24 Hour Party People and relive my youth in Manchester. Bet Steve Coogan's brilliant as Tony Wilson.

i watched human traffic on a pill once and it was quite excellent.

 

i found out today that '24 hour party people' opens in a tiny art-house cinema here on 16th august which is great - i figured i wouldn't get to see it in the cinema...
