If water goes down the plug anti-clockwise in the northern hemisphere and clockwise in the southern hemisphere, how does water go down the plug on the equator?

Its an imaginary line round the circumference of the earth, North & South Hemisphere's contain masses of land.

But surely the two hemispheres meet at a point, which we know as the equator. So wot does the water do there?

Wen I'm in a bad mood, which is quite often, a bit of moshing helps sort my head out. A couple of years back I used to be a huge metal fan, although that has somewhat lapsed these days. I was never the chain and make up wearing type of metaller, just enjoyed the music. That was until I was enlightened.

The water does whatever the [censored] it wants at the equator.... sometimes it doesn't bother going down the plughole at all...it goes down the Spar to buy 20 Marlboro lights and a can of fanta.

 

Sometimes it decides to go up instead of down.. when this happens it is usually deposited somewhere over Britain and we call it "rain"

 

This "rain" phenomenon has been happening quite a lot recently cos the water in the sinks at the equator has lost all respect for the rules

 

( the rules say that "water in sinks - no matter what hemishere it is in - should always ultimately go down the plughole")

 

In my opinion waters lack of respect nowadays is the major thing that is wrong with the world today!!

at the equator the water goes straight down and doesn't rotate in either direction.
