its just a cut down version of my mixer (which im selling £700) with a recorder bolted on...

im trying to aquire sum good decks and a good mixer, im only amateur but still want to start with good kit, wud this b any good or is it really to advanced?

it's not that sort of desk si. This is a mixing desk, soundcard and a load more. It looks like my boss my be gettin one on loan from yammaha. if he does i can't wait to take a look at it.

I think the key thing about this bit of kit is that it encorporates mLAN - anyone know much about this ? I assume it just replaces standard MIDI and you can have multiple sets of channels ?

funny enough my boss has just got one, he loves it. i'm yet to take a look. he's at yammaha today. but he knows a fair bit about mLAN will speak to him about it and find out.
