need help, bloody bT are crap!!

 

getting my phone installed (supposedly) on friday. already an line in the house, but they have booked a tec just in case i need one. one woman told me they can just activate it on the exchange. i am not going to be there friday, and i dont know wether to cancel the whole bloody thing or not!!

 

do you think ill need a tec?

 

what should i do? they only have appt up til 4-30 and im working, and non at weekends!!
