Its working fine for me but for others it can run slow or hang and others cant even get on the site. CTW Admin James Posted August 28, 2002 Author CTW Admin Share Posted August 28, 2002 We run our website (ClubTheWorld.uk) on the same server as Paul (Pander) does for his website (GarlandsMadeMeDoIt.com) - he's just fired off this email to our new hosts. Real sorry about this guys but there really is F*CK ALL I can do about it - HATE IT HATE IT!! 🙁🙁🙁 ... Dear Support, Can somebody please take a serious look at our box and tell us what the problems are. Both our domains 'garlandsmademedoit.com' and 'clubtheworld.uk' were running fine this morning, and that includes all of the A Record aliases that we had set up, such as 'staging', 'community' etc, that we had previously been waiting on DNS for before they were live. Then this morning there was the problem at REDBUS which seemed to have strange effects to our domains. The 'garlandsmademedoit.com' was fine after the cable problem was sorted, but the 'clubtheworld.uk' seems to be suffering from intermittent DNS issues. Some people are able to see the site (Amelia for example was able to see clubtheworld from your end) and also the owner of the domain was able to see it from his office. I though, at my office was completely unable to see the domain, in any shape or form after the problem this morning, that includes ALL A Record aliases (www, staging, community etc). We have also noticed another issue, which may or may not be related to the overall problem. The box, again intermittently, seems quite unresponsive at times, and will show a page, but will take a long time to serve it up. I have checked the load on the box and everything seems ok. Can somebody please look into this as a matter of urgency, and get back to us sometime this evening please as we have been experiencing issues with the clubtheworld domain since the weekend. As I said, they had more or less fully resolved themselves this morning, as everything seemed fine. Then they seemed to go again around the same time as the problem at REDBUS. It is so much slower then before! the problem might not be the site, it could just as easily be the machine/connection/network you're running through.
