the reason is this:

 

ever since i've been to tidy wkder its become blatantly obvious that i am a complete loner

 

i go clubbing on me own and no1 ever bothers to contact me to say "lets meet up" i'm always the 1 chasing ppl up 2 meet up. i'm always the person going to to ppl initiating conversation and i'm always the 1 going off on me own cuz no1 thinks like me and ever want to do things with me.

 

i know i'm not the most normal person on this planet but sure there has to be sum1 around that would be a good clubbing buddy rahter than sum1 i just bump into every now and then

 

i wouldn't mind so much if it wasn't 4 the fact that i always seem to be experenceing things on me own and no1s ever there 4 me if i have adodgy cum-up or if i'm feeling a lil paranoid. i'm always left to fix my own head out - its just a bloody good job i dont OD myself otherwise i would probably be dead now!

awww i can totally sympathise with u.. ime exactly the same.. always there 4 other people but when eva u ned some 1 they aint there 4 u.. i always end up playin mum. its not nice is it..

 

tidy weekender it was like that.. friday i had 2 look after 2 of my mates cos they over did it on ket in the club.. which was bad ida.. so i was there 4 thm all nite makin sur they were ok... sunday was the same, my b/f was 2 fooked so i had 2 go bac with him 2 the appartment n sort him out but wen i was 2 fooked on the sat nite no 1 helped me out.. just maks u wonder y dont it

Same here mate! It all depends who you've lived with at uni/grown up with/[censored] with, and if you don't know anyone through those different avenues who's into clubs then you're screwed for folk to go out with.

 

I've been out on my own on a couple of occasions, but I don't think I have as the guts that you have to be able to just go out frequently by myself, so I just end up staying in most weekends! It would be nice to share the hugs with someone from time to time, right, and someone to chat random shite to, eh? I'm definitely going to Gatecrasher NEC though, in November, because of the CTW meet-up

 

Life's [censored], innit? Message boards are the way of the future...

 

So you're not on your own in that situation!!

Just get out with the CTW lot! When I'm out with this lot I always feel safe, there's always someone (esp. Creamy Soph, Tasha and Elly) who keep pretty level headed and know whats happening. Its nice to have some security there

Yeah im the exactly the same as you Tom. I met my best friend on the internet and i only have 2 friends i can get in touch with and ask if there going out and i met both of them on the net.

well i'm lucky i have the balls to chat to random ppl (altho i think i should stop chatting to random ppl in the street as its gettin funny looks ) and i go clubbing regularly and always on me own and usually i dont mind cuz i make friends and i have the freedom to go off on me own etc

 

but occationally i do feel like a loner and this wkd is 1 of those occations.

 

i think my inability to date dont help my emotions either

Hi m8! i felt a bit like this 4 yrs - i put up with so-called m8s who turnd out not to be m8s and it was always me chasing them for nites out that always turned out crap coz they were so bloody miserable - i lost touch with my school, college m8s altho i tried really hard to stay in touch they jsut couldn't b arsed - i use to think it was jsut me, but since I met all the peeps on here i've realized it's not me it's just a lot of peeps r just well dead boring and like that, it's them that's got the prob not u, come out with us lot - u live in essex what's not that far from London, we've got a wicked little group of peeps now that r always up 4 w/end fun as Tara said and we look out for each other, people that reckon it's sad to meet m8s on the net have a real prob - their the sad ones, the best peeps i've ever met have been on this and mixmag site and that's only since last xmas. There not just clubbin m8s either - we all went ibiza together and r genuine m8s there 4 each other if we feel down etc That's wot this sites all about anyway to have regular clubbin buddies, have a look on the events ones and just hook up with us when ya fancy a nite out ok!
