HHA Survival Guide

This is just a short guide to getting on and off the dancefloor with the minimum fuss.

When you arrive at the Academy the Ticket Queue is on the right hand side of the front entrance.

The Guestlist Queue is at the bottom of the alleyway to the right hand side of the entrance. As always there are 4 people doing the Guestlist. Two people running the Free List and Credit Card collections and two people running the

Paying Guestlist. The Paying Guestlist shuts at Midnight with no exceptions. If you are one of the lucky 100 with VIP wristbands then you should also go to the Guestlist entrance and show your band to gain admittance. The VIP bands are only valid until Midnight.

Once into the party of the Autumn there are 3 cloakrooms. We strongly advise you to AVOID bringing BAGS as it needlessly slows the cloakroom Queue and keeps you

and your fellow clubbers off the dancefloor. There are two cloakrooms along the Metropolis Corridor that leads you on to the Balcony and one cloakroom to the right hand side of the main stairs leading up from the 4Clubbers Foyer to the

Metropolis Corridor and the Balcony. Please make sure you store your cloakroom ticket in a safe place as those who lose their tickets will have to wait until the cloakroom staff have served all the those with cloakroom tickets before looking for your coat.

We would advise you to stagger your return to the Cloakroom to minimise your waiting time. Remember people are arriving at the Hard House Academy and visiting the cloakroom from 9pm to 1am, but all 4500 of you will leave at 6:00am. We would advise that you start thinking about collecting your coats and then returning to the dancefloor or leaving from 4:45am or 5:00am.

There are 7 Bars across the 4 rooms, and running cold water in the 8 toilet blocks. The alcohol stops at 2:00am, but soft drinks continue until 5:30am.

If at any time you feel unwell or your friends feel unwell please contact the Security who will assist you in finding the Paramedics.

THE CLOCKS GO BACK!

Many of you will no doubt be aware that the clocks will go

back one hour on Sunday morning. We will continue to run according to the old time as this is standard practice with all clubbing events. This decision is made by the Management of the Academy, rather than Frantic, as understandably they cant ask the 50+ Security and 50+ Bar Staff to [censored] another hour after a long night. You will still have the full 9 hours of Hard House Academy, but it

will be 5am at the new time when you leave.

Strangely, our next event is when the clocks change again in March, where we will once again stick to the original times!

We'd like to finish by wishing you a fun packed and unforgettable evening at the last Hard House Academy for 6 months.
