You have to have a picture that is online & link to it in your profile. Do this by right-clicking on the image & choosing properties. Copy the Address (URL) and paste it into where it says picture in your profile. If its a picture you have on your PC it needs to be uploaded first - either email myself or james with it & we can do it for you.
