LastFriday - UrbanTorgue @Heaven ...

Was a great night as we met up with a few new membersincluding Teska from Amsterdam - this meet was important as we nowhave an excellent contact for over there and already in the process oforganising a huge Amsterdam Clubbing Trip - hopefully some time inJanuary - . Unfortunately Heaven falls into the category of clubs who dis-allow photography so no pictures there I'm afraid.  The club was nearly empty but because ofthe crowd we were with we still had a wicked time and enjoyed the progressivehouse music.  Pictures from Pitcher & Piano beforehand and at Mick'safterwards (thanks Mick!) can be found here ...

Forum Statistics ...

The forum use alone has shot through the roofthis past week, so much so we almost dont want too many new members for the timebeing as the server cant handle it !!  We've only just moved to our serverand already having to look at a bigger & better box - its all goodthough!  We are on about 20,000 page views per day on the forumsalone, from approx 600 unique visitors with 700mb of data transfer- that's pretty busy for what is mostly a 'word-of-mouth' site!  Manythanks to Sarah, Bunnykins, EllsXBells and all the other regular members puttingthe word out !

New Content Manager...

 

Up until now the site has been manually updated by myself.  We've justinvested in a new piece of CMS which will mean we can finally have reviewers andmembers submitting valuable content to the site, online via your web browser, inany part of the world.  I'm still configuring templates but before long wewill have multiple DJ Pages, Club & Music Reviews, Members' Pagesetc...  If you would like to get involved and are able to submit content ona regular basis please email myself or SarahPVC.  Please note we are stilllooking for photographers & reviewers also, in any part of the UK (andEurope and the rest of the world for that matter!)

Yes, can you believe it - Sarah has now had anofficial go-ahead from Mr. Andy Farley himself for us to host the back room forhis and BK's night "Release" at the Viaduct, Vauxhall.  Dates arestill to be confirmed but its looking like January sometime.  Come On!!!!  More information ...

This Friday Night - 15th November - Drinks at On-Anon, Shaftsbury Avenue, London...

Quite a few of us meeting up at this excellentvenue, containing multiple themed bars - if you wanna come along and meet a fewof us please do - we will be there from about 7pm onwards until closing. We now also have regular mid-week drinks in London too - sorry to everyoneoutside of London/UK who cant make these - I'm working on a teleport machine aswe speak !

This Saturday - 16th November - Gatecrasher @NEC, Birmingham ...

This cant fail to be a huge success butwe are all extremely angry as it appears we cant get camera or mobilephones into this event ?!  In the future I dont think I'll be botheringwith clubs/events which have a total ban on cameras - madness - I like toactually remember the events I go to and have something to look back on. Anyway, that said it IS going to be a greatlaugh and we cant wait to meet so many of you new members.  Final meet-uparrangements can be found here ...
