Just out of sheer curiousity, Would anyone else here invest in a luxury restaurant for 2 - 3 million pounds, then employ 25 unemployed, non-trained teenagers to run it, with only four weeks odd to train them yourself ?

Not if were a serious restuaranter, or chef, who knew how to cook and was intrestrested in pushing the boundaries of modern cuisine.

 

But IMHO if i were a publicity hungry mockney tosser, who could no more run a succesful restuarant, than a piss up in a brewery, that channel four were paying shed loads to back up the venture. Then I might yes.

 

nb He is not training them. He can't cos he's never worked in a proper restuarant as anything other than a trainee. The skilled chefs he employee's on Sainsbury's, Channel Four, and all the other publicity and PR [censored] he get's ticket are training them. He just turn's up when the camera's are there.
