imho, very enjoyable. I personally wouldn't recommend pills as a helpful aid. Lots of lube and patience will be more helpful. Pills might put someone more in the mood to experiment, but they also delay orgasm. And you'll be wanting to take it easy, and to be noticing how much you're both enjoying it.

How much preparation?

 

Well, trying not to be too graphic (hehe), fingers first for a bit, then try to enter just the head, if she's going ouch! then you're going too far too fast. It's important to ease into her. It's the kind of thing we 'indulge' in when we're not pressed for time.
