Recently I posted a topic called 'Nights out in wales' where I introduced you all to an event called 'The Evolution Experience'. The Evolution Experience has always been limited to taking place in South Wales... Until now....

 

Venture Capital Company invests in Evolution Experience

 

London based venture capitalists Kennington Smith & Cooper have signed a deal with The Evolution Experience management with a view to ensuring the continuation of events in West Wales confirmed Evolution Experience founder Thomas Sinclair.

 

The deal, which was stuck two weeks ago sees the establishment of a central office for Evolution Experience in London as well as a new local office in Pembrokeshire which will both be staffed full time. Evolution are keeping tight lipped about future events but insist that 2003 will be a very interesting year with both new concepts in clubbing and many new ventures.

 

A new company has been formed as part of the deal called The Evolution Experience Limited which will be funded by K.S.C., which will operate and control some of the future projects. In order to maintain control at board level, Kennington Smith and Cooper will be appointed as the first director of The Evolution Experience Limited.

 

The Evolution Experience Limited will operate as a separate entity to Evolution Event Promotions Limited, although it is expected that K.S.C. will allow the new company to help manage, reduce and eventually pay off the creditors of Evolution Event Promotions Limited over the next twelve to eighteen months.

 

This recent turn of event now allows Evolution to strech all over the UK bringing the best night from Wales and sharing it with the rest of the UK.
