That's called gerbilling, where peeps insert a small live rodent (Ideally with teeth, and claws removed,) into the bum, or fanny. Normally using a tube. The tube is then removed, and the rodent wriggles around, and try's to get out...causing intense pleasure apparently!!

 

If the teeth and the claws are not removed, severe internal injuries are likely, apparently.

 

This is how the 'Pet Shop Boy's' Got there name, and it's rumoured that Richard Gere is a devotee.

 

Me and a Mate once had a plan to start the 'Electric Gerbil Company' To sell artificial gerbils with removable washable fur, but it came to nothing......
