Lol, i gotta say im really flexible, once ive warmed up i can just about manage the splits, and yes it really does help in bed, i can get myself into some right notted positions lol

Not particularly bendy, but dont do yoga either. My ex housemate had the Geri yoga video, and out of drunken curiosity I stuck it on to see.

 

It was a sham !!!

 

Geri didnt even hardly do much !!! She was just kinda in the background and some other middle aged bird was doing it all !!! Geri just generally did a crappyer version of everything in the background.

 

Didn't even have a low cut top on or anything.

 

What kind of mickey mouse operation is she runnin !!!
