by the way these "EPS" and "WMF" files (you can use either) are vector files, which means as long as you've got a program which can open them (flash, coreldraw, illustrator, etc), you can scale them as large as you like with no loss of quality.

it's due to the way vector files [censored] - you can't actually create a vector file in photoshop. vectors [censored] on curves and lines (all mathematical, so you can just increase things and they in theory look the same), whereas bitmap files (photos, like jpegs, gifs, bmps, etc) are based on simple coloured dots, or pixels.
