my really good shitty new year!!

why is it that for the past 3 years my new years have been totally [censored]!!!

 

2000- spent it in a church with an ex boyfriend who was extreamy religious doing midnight mass!!!

 

2001- spent it with james in pulse in stevenage where we met his ex!

 

2002- went to some shitty house party and spend 3 hurs sat on the sofa in someone house, and i only knoe 1 person who pissed off with some bloke all ngiht!!!

 

2003- ok here goes... went to exinox in leicester square with a guy from [censored] and a few of his friends, i told him i diddent want a relationship and he went up the wall! we ended up having a huge argument in this club, so i went home at 1! only this guy wouldent just piss of and leave me alone, he followed me the whole way home and then descided to sit outside on my doorstep for 3 hours confessing his love for me in a drunken state!! woke up half my house, and totally pissed me off!!! god help it when i go to [censored] on saturday!!!!

 

neat year, i am not going out anywhere!!!! to avoid another bad new year!!!!!!

I think new year's eve is hideously over hyped, with everyone expected to have a great night, if it had happened on any other night, it would have gone down as "one of those things" (except psycho-bloke, what a nutter), but because it was NYE, you will get asked if you had a "good one" for the next week, and it will stick in your mind. Go out and celebrate the Chinese New Year instead, far less pissed-up nutters to deal with, and a far more intriguing talking point "I don't celebrate the British New Year, I celebrate the Chinese one"

Mate, what on earth were you doing in Equinox. Surely every English person knows this would be a bad idea... I've been once a few years ago and I've never been more in fear of my life (or indeed my chastity) in my life. My friend and I were playing spot the female. We lost. Then we just tried playing spot the normal human being and lost that too. Then we left. Poor you, fancy winding up there on NYE.

 

My New Year was quite dodgy too. I think NYE is always a bit of an anti climax. Personally, I'd had such a manic weekend that I very nearly didn't go out but in the end went round Nahid's (aka Crunchy) with another couple of lassies for dinner. We then piled into errr.... New Cross and went to the dodgiest bar I've ever set foot in in my life. It was full of absolute weirdos who thought that the spirit of NYE would have the effect of making any girl want to snog them. It was all quite a giggle in the end though but not sure if I'd want to revisit that one either. But I must have been hammered because I had a kebab on the way home.

Sorry to hear about your manic new year- I remember having a really [censored] one back in 98/99 when my so called best mate let me down at last minute and I was forced to see the new year in with my folks!! Since then I haven't spoken to him!

 

But hey 2003 can only get better

i've never ever gone out on nye in my life b4 cuz i always presumed it was over hyped and over priced

 

however, this time i got my arm twisted into going

 

next thing i know i was doing 4 clubs and 3 house parties - no soon i left 1 place sum1 would ring me up inviting me to go sumwhere else

 

needless to say i had a mental 1 and it made tidy wkder look like a night out
