Im really hating my job at present but I still smiling. I will get a knew job soon and these bastards (my boss) wont get me down.

I loved Wildchild on Friday night and cant wait for next weekend and my birthday the following week.

Im taking each day as it comes right now.

If its that bad just walk away from it all,

Life is just to precious to let these little troubles get the better of you!!

yeah.

they aren't little troubles though.

and life is ruined by the little things. not the big things (well, can be, anyway)

it's the little troubles building up which cancelled Wild Child for me :|

phil.......no offence when i do say this but what tony has said is all true, and they are little troubles, there all things you can do something about. you have you health, family and friends.......if you had none of those then it would be big troubles.

you have the choice to do something about it........and if YOU dont, its not going going to get any better.

i remember you telling me once that we are all in charge of our own lifes and the choices we make.................take your own advice cool.gif

speak to someone at work about your job (there is always someone higher up to talk to, and if there not around find them of make an appointment), find a new house or talk to your house mates........................... or have you ever thought why people are so nasty to you? maybe its something your doing wrong that people wont give you respect for. (just a thought there so dont start getting agro with me)

there is an answer for everything.

(and as for needing to be strait for monday..............wildchild was on a friday.....you dont need to cain it for the rest of the weekend rolleyes.gif )

hope YOU get it sorted smile.gif

i think that was probably alasdair who said we're in charge of our own lives & choices..i don't go that deep unless something's wrong.

and it takes more than a couple of days to get substances/sleeping patterns COMPLETELY straight for a monday smile.gif

unfortunately, i know the way my company works. "talking to ppl" about it won't help.

house - like i said, it's already wip -- the pro's of living here still outweigh the cons. and I'm talking about one housemate who sounds like he's being stabbed whenever there's a goal on football, and loves the sound of his own voice. I'm surprised he's still alive.

thanx.gif

so the problem is that he makes a noise when watching football rolleyes.gifrolleyes.gif ......yeah, real big problem there

you obviously get too battered when you go out, easy soloution.....dont!!!

as for the work thing you have just proved you dont really want to do anything about it by not wanting to talk to anyone.

im sorry phil but where you just having a rant or were genuinely asking for advice? you seem to be making excuses for yourself but still blaming stuff on other people......im confused question.gif

ok....

him making a noise proves what kinda of eprson he is, and since i live with him and hear him yelling all over the house, including yelling at the other housemates regularly when they so much as leave a crumb on the counter, i have a fairly good picture of his attitude.

thanks for advising me on levels of battered-ness wink.gif

medically it takes 2-4 days for ecstasy and different durations for other substances to get out of the systen...plus sleeping patterns.

i've edited my reply to explain why "talking to someone" about it will not help.

tis a nice day though isn't it. smile.gif

me's a bit confused as well.....

okay, here we go!

1) work:

If you think HR department (or the boss for that matter) has got your name down as *dispensible person* i would think it very important to either (a) go to the very high up (i.e the managing director) and as him what kind of problems they have against you (if any...... unsure.gif ) or (cool.gif go to the C.A.B. and ask them for advice on unfair dismissal procedures!

*i can give you that advice because it happened to me years ago.......f**king company i worked for just got rid of me with no reason, so i took them to tribunal via ACAS and i won ........received about £3,500 compensation*

2) Home:

If the guy's still giving you trouble, just get him to sit down one day over a coffee and ask him what the situation is. If he doesn't give you straight answers, or starts arguing again then i'm afraid there would be no way you can solve the problem. It sounds like he has got a chestnut tree on his shoulder (instead of a chip on his shoulder) which means that whatever everyone else does in the house, he feels like smashing their heads in with a brick wall.... forget him and go for moving somewhere better becoz he'll soon find out that he won't have any friends left!!!!!

have fun anyway.... woot.gifwoot.gifwoot.gifw00t.gif

always there for the beer, but not wanting to pay!!
