cos if u drink 3 cans of something which has half the calories. you end up drinking 1 and a half times what you would have drunk.

i dont drink it for a sugar fix, im a diet controlled diabetic i drink it because i need to regulate my blood sugar level and enjoy soft drinks

BTW.........i drink diet coke/pepsi which has 0.2 calories per 100ml where as normal coke has 43.0 calories per 100ml................big difference

 

that would mean i could have at least about 30 cans of diet to 1 can of normal

wot i mean is....if you allow urself to drink as many as you want cos it's diet, and you are trying to count the calories, and you end up drinking more than a single 'normal' can would be in calories, it's a false saving.

besides i dont just drink set amount because of the diet, i drink because i have to.....you know to stay alive....really helps you know.

 

i cant drink much water because of the diabetes, it makes me feel dizzy, and makes my kidneys work too much
