I was sposed to be going to Fridge 2nite but sprained my ankle. sad.gif

spent the day on the sofa eating chocolate and feeling sorry for myself..................now i have a migrain from too much chocolate mad.gif

chocolate, cheese and coffee can be the main causes of migrains, and as i dont eat chocolate from one month to the next it effects me badly sad.gif
