sarah i know what your going through as well as the others. i've see it happen at the company i 'used' to work for. unfortunatly so called facts where published about the company i worked for - and because this company had a poor track record from previous things, not done intentionally but because we where rather new so of course we where gonna make mistake - people believed the things that they seen and read - this is now leading the managing director to a prison sentance!

 

i personally couldn't care what goes on behind the scences of anything - if im not apart of it then its none of my business

the big difference with a company is that employees have had training to be able to do a job! Ive had to learn as i go along & can take and have taken my fair share of critism. But blatant slaggin off which upon something which couldnt be tfurther from the truth? I mean come on. Is there really any need for it?

naa - we started off just like you did sarah - learnt as we wont along, we had to take alot of shit - written about in papers, on the radio news - we even had all the equpiment taken out our night club.

 

stick and what you know your good at sarah, yes there will be shit tossed around, jsut avoid it, theres always that percentage of people that will stand by you, and its only that percentage which matters
