ok well ill start.

firstly it depends what mood im in, on that week, as some weeks i go for it, and others i dont.

On a good week, il do about 30minutes intentional exercise a day, which involve press ups, variations of sit ups, variations with the dum bells.

 

then on my off weeks i do feck all, apart from the hills i have to walk every day in sheffield, so thats a good hour and a half each day.

if you class walking up the stairs to the bog exercise, then yeh about ten times a day!! grin.gif

I train in the boxing gym 3 nights a week (Mon, Wed + Thurs) which consists of 30 mins warm up (Cardio work) doing exercises such as - sit-ups, Press-ups, squat-thrusts, shuttles, squats, star jumps, berpies, berpie stars, twists etc

alternativley we may do 30 mins of skipping.

 

And then 30 mins of either bag work/pad work/sparring

 

followed by 15 mins warm down and stretch off.

 

Tuesdays and some fridays I do weights in the gym

 

Saturdays I play football

walk to work (20m each way) every day. Go to the gym 3-4 times a week for an hour and a half of cardio (recumbent bike, kayak, treadmill) and various free weights.

 

In the summer run seven miles (up and down the thames) instead of the gym. Mountain bike once or twice on the weekend for three or four hours.

 

Was doing martial arts but have given that up to concentrate on the mixing.
