That's not karma, that's common sense.

 

In general, if you work hard, you do well. If you're nice to people, they're nice to you back. If you go around picking fights with people, you're going to get a kicking sooner or later.

 

I have real issues with things like Karma. The universe is a chaotic place and we, as humans, try to reduce that down into little bits we can try to understand. It makes us feel more comfortable. I don't think that helping an old lady across the road then a week later I find a tenner on the street are related incidents. One triggered by the other.

 

People that do, do so to justify their behaviour, IMHO of course.

I agree with your last statement kether, howerevr you help an old lady & it is the feeling of knowing you helped & the likkle old lady knowing you helped that makes the difference IMO!!

Statiscally people are likely to experience good and bad things, along with all the crap goes in between. It does depend on how people link their experiences and interperate them, which seems to give people the impression there is more to it than there is.
