Remember back when there was the rumour about Beckham having an affair with Owen's sister that was spread by the internet? Well Beckham immediately said he would sue whoever was responsible for starting the rumour. But so far he has not mentioned suing the News of The World or anyone else in relation to this new affair allegations. Why??

That rumour was bollox. However the one about Owen doing the dirty on his girlfriend, wasn't. And he was the one that got a high court injunction against the paper identifing him...

I think Beckham got a gagging order against the papers when they were sniffing around the story last October. The News of the World wouldn't have printed it unless they were pretty damn sure of the facts due to the possible legal ramifications.

 

Max Clifford is also rumoured to have some more dirt.

I know that rumour was bollox but Beckham still made a statement saying that he would sue anybody that was known to be spreading the rumour, whereas he has done nothing of the sort this time.

I must admit I'm not really arsed about the Beckhams (I think there is a great T-Shirt out there staying 'Bored of the Beckhams' - class)

 

Relationship break-ups go on every fecking day - why is this one any different - I'm ONLY interested in what they do as their job - i.e. what has given them their fame. Less and less interested in peoples private lives to be honest.

 

What DOES fuck me off beyond belief though is the fact that people are out there intend on making money out of building up peoples' statuses as much as possible to the point they cant go any further - and then resort to destroying their characters as much as possible - again to seek making serious cash.

 

Of course, people only write this shite because the country reads it - so you cant blame the papers - so fair enough, I blame the people - for having fook all to do apart from slag people off who are better than them in most respects in life. My message to those people is - "go and do something contructive today - achieve something for YOURSELF"

 

Clifford is obviously a very clever and wealthy man - but I for one couldnt sleep at night earning money out of other peoples' mis-fortunes...

 

sorry, but this stuff really f^cks me off beyond belief - its exactly why I gave up reading newspapers and magazines a long long time ago - if its not the beckhams its slagging off a minister for having DP with the gardener...
