Miss Moneypennys hit Berkshire!

Miss Moneypennys and Higher Times Productions come together to create a special event playing an orchestrated mixture of Funky House/US & UK House/Hard Dance on May Bank Holiday 30/05/04 from 7pm-2am at Shikara Nightclub in Bracknell.

 

On the night we will be showcasing the biggest lineup to hit Berkshire in nearly a decade, for the event we have secured the services of none other than the original Miss Money penny’s resident Jeff Jefferson, whom unless you have been living Tibetan Foot Hills for the past few years you would know that Jeff is one of the residents of the infamous “Miss Money penny’s” and is basically now a world-renowned house legend and all round party animal!!!

 

Next up we have pulled strings to bring you Bracknell’s latest prodigy, Carl Nicholson has been at the forefront of the UK underground & mainstream extreme dance circuits for over a decade, he has played promoter for the Tony De Vit Trust and Gifted, he’s had tracks signed to some of the UK’s most prestigious Hard Dance Labels including Nukleuz, Honeypot, Elasticman & Fevah and had them played multiple times on Radio 1 and Kiss 100 FM by the likes of Lisa Lashes & Dave Pearce, he’s collaborated in the studio with the UK’s finest Producers including James Lawson, Ali Wilson, Simon Parkes & Matt Williams, he’s had rave reviews in Mixmag, DJ, I-DJ and Ministry magazines, and he’s gigged just about everywhere in the UK & Ibiza alongside everyone who’s anybody in the Mainstream & Underground dance scenes. On top of all this Carl has in recent years competed in the Coca Cola UK DJ of the Year Competition and beat off 15’000 competitors to come 10th, played on Ministry of Sound Radio, gigged in the Smirnoff dance tent at Glastonbury Festival, been featured on the Dance Floor Chart Party on MTV, had a residency at Fabric and had his tracks signed to infamous compilations including Extreme Euphoria 2 and Resonate 2.

 

So just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, Matt Wilkie steps up for duty! Matt is a promoter and resident for the highly successful London/Berkshire Outfit “Tronic”. Matthew also regularly plays for Frantic amongst many others.

 

On top of all this we have secured the services of Justin Sole whom has been a regular of the ascot-based party “Fijget” for many years now.

 

And last but certainly not least we have Tony Bellamy who has been a well known and respected face in Berkshire for many years and has played for many events including “Shivoo” and “The Full Monty”, and Ben Sullivan & Dan Bayliss who have been running their own very successful Funky House night “Sticky Wicket” in Reading for the past few years.

 

So all in all this promises to be a spectacular event that will be the envy of many a promoter for miles around! For the night Miss Money penny’s will be transforming Shikara nightclub into an oasis of light, colour and sound. We will be completely upgrading the décor in the whole club, which will include high quality visual drops, full satin draping and much much more.

 

All that coupled with a formidable promotions team, a world class international DJ lineup, and superb atmosphere is the formula for what could only ever be, the original Berkshire bender courtesy of the empress of glamour, “Miss Moneypennys”.
