i know exactly how i'm doing what I'm doing, "listening" to the feedback u get from ur body is as important as the advice of someone who said "now I'm definitely no expert" the second b4 they told you what you shd be doing it. he joined the gym 1 month ago. i've bin going since last jan.

 

this is a tosser housemate who is choc full of wanker smart arse comments, and he is the reason i just bought a "bullshit detector" from the gadget shop.
