Exercise is what it is all about my sweet.

 

Told you this other day.

 

Works both ways though.

 

U have to eat to lose weight, and you have to exercise to burn calories off.

 

Exercising at home can be hard coz you HAVE to have the motivation to get up and do it. Its too easy in a gym coz there is nothing to do but exercise when you go to one so you got no choice ! I MAKE myself do 100 tummy tucks a day. 50 as soon as I get up and 50 either when I get home from work whilst im still on my feet or just b4 I go to bed.

 

Set yourself a timetable to work out at home claire.

 

Get yourself to woolies and get an exercise vid smile.gif When you get into you dont wana stop. BELIEVE.

i got an excersise video herem i have 4 weeks to lose weight for Ibiza, i will excersise 2moro!! I used to do 100 sit ups a day but then i couldnt cos of termination and it all went down hill from there!! frown.gif
