Giving up smoking.

After smoking for the last 11 years, I really really badly need to stop.

i just stopped completley during the week about 2 months ago now I just smoke when im mullered!!

 

im pretty chuffed with myself that I could just stop like I did!!

I haven't had a ciggie in about 17 days. I feel dead chuffed with myself! My last smoke was at GKGG. I will never smoke a regular ciggie again.

 

Weed is still allowed though.

i give up giving up sometimes i swear.

been smoking for 2 and a half years and in the one slightly successful spell i had where i stopped for 2 weeks, i felt so much better - less tired, breathing improved, generally much fitter.

 

And that just in 2 weeks !

Unfortunately, pubs and pints exist making it nr. impossible to quit the gold packet that is B & H.

I've always found giving up isn't a problem, it's just the starting again that is!

 

I've managed to stop except when I'm pissed or mullered. Quite proud of myself actually. Good luck to everyone else trying.

I am attempting to only smoke when drinking and just smoke weed during the day, Good Plan me thinks? Espcially as i am about to embark on a degree at Uni!

I went to my GP and got those tablets that help you give up. They were really good. You just didn't want to smoke. No cravings, nothing.

 

Unfortunately I got all blase and stopped taking them, then went out, got twatted & got back into the habbit.

 

It's Soooooo hard & I wish you every success.
