not really.

 

had crap day in work (still here)

holiday company have sent out tickets with mrs on instead of miss, and said its our fault, and will cost me £50 to change it to miss.

stroppy cow on the phone, i said it wasnt our fault, neil put in miss etc, she said to me ''have you never heard of human error?''

and i told her he put it in correct, then she said she would change it for £20!

i told her i wasnt bargaining with her, she wasnt interested stupid cow.

 

i am going to get neil to ring as they are blaming him.

really dont need this at the moment got enough crap to worry about.

If it had been me on the fone to that woman id have said "yeah, i have heard of human error...u not have humans workin there then?" Just cos im a sarcastic bitch

 

And also theyre more likely to ake that mistake then you cos theyre dealin with more enquiries/tickets/bookins than urs, all u had to do was make sure that u/neil said miss...im sure thats a much easier task and less likely to have been mistaken on ur part......ooooooooh they annoy me, iv had somethin similar, not with a holiday but with a fone
