Me and Dan have also decided to give things a rest for a few weeks, too much money is being spent and too many brain cells are being lost at the moment

Until saturday i hadnt had anythin for bout 4months, it wasnt a planned break but i think it did me good!! Also i didnt go mad on saturday night, i say good on anyone who does want a break and im behind u all the way even tho im not longer on mine, i dont plan to get back up to takin the amounts i used to take and i wont be doin it all the time either!!

I've been at it every w/e for the last three months. It's not healthy.

 

But I have got some amazing friends, some great memories and an absolutely amazing girlfriend out of it.

 

So it can't be that bad.

I've been on it almost non stop since Feb & resently it's not just been of a weekend.

 

I'm an old lady & need to start looking after myself (I don't have anyone else to )

 

I am going to TRY and chill now untill Creamfields or when Garlands opens up at the Stae - which ever is first.

 

So basically what I'm saying is, Good on you James.

 

If you want to come over & see everyone without playing the twatted game, I am more than happy to do a chilled wine & good food night at my house - everyone welcome!

i too have calmed down lately some of you may not think so but those that really know me know that i have i was actualkly quite dissapointed in myself sat thought id be much worse

I have to say I'm proud of you too Deb.

I have decided that enough is enough and on future nights out you will see me back to my old self and not playing the "lets get twatted" game - at least not for a good few months.

 

I'm getting back in the gym straight away and getting myself ready for Ibiza where I hope we are all gonna have the best holiday of our lives.

 

All I ask is that you dont pressure me into playing the game as you know I'm weak and will give in.

 

Myself and another couple of members are all teaming up and getting better together. I have noticed a complete change in myself & my work output recently and need to 'calm it'. It is also not a good example or the message I want CTW to give across.
