tony last time i talked to you you had done p1lls. that was less than a month ago.

the reason i ask is cos i'd like to be as straight as poss for tomorrow morning (not on a comedown at the mo) and i've just eaten 3 tomatoes cos they tasted nice, and wondered if that was good for me or not.

have a proper meal... eat some vitamins...and some fruit - phone and friend for a chat

 

and then go to bed...

I have heard that theres something in tomatoes that lessen the comedown effects.

 

I've never had a bad comedown though...or a hang over
