iv been out with a younger guy before, no real problems as such just the clash in maturity levels really,

what you have to think of is you might have already been there, done that got the T-shirt but chances are hes got all that to do still which you might not want to do it all again. grin.gif

It all depends on how mature the said younger guy is, I guess. There is an age gap between Tony & I & it is working great, not sure if he is mature or if im still imature, no rephrase that, im young at heart!! tongue.gifbigwink.gif

I cant see an issue with having younger partners, but as Laurence say's, it depends how young too thumbsup.gif

According to the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (which comes into force in May 2004), it is a criminal offence for any kind of sexual activity to take place between two people where one or both participants is under 16.

The law applies to men, women, gay, lesbian or straight in England and Wales and also extends to Scotland. In Northern Ireland, the same law applies except the age of consent is 17.

Technically, when the law comes into force in May this could outlaw an intimate act like snogging if one or both of you is under age. However, the government have stressed that the law is intended to protect children from abuse by adult sexual predators, and will not be used to prosecute consensual teenage sexual behaviour.

OK...so there WIL BE a legal age for men as of May this year. rolleyes.gif

AFAIK, it's still against the law for a woman over the age of consent to have sex with a boy under the age of consent.

I thought the loophole arose when both parties were underage.

Each to their own really (although under 16 is far to young).

I much prefer older men. (god that makes me sound cheap and nasty).

You know what I mean.

age means fook all - many other attributes have to be taken into consideration before age - for example how clued up about life someone is
